End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Blueprint Bookkeeping Coach website and admin dashboard (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these End-User License Agreement terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License to Use
Blueprint Bookkeeping Coach grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business bookkeeping and accounting purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Access to the admin dashboard is restricted to authorized users. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. QuickBooks Integration
The Service may connect to your QuickBooks Online account via the Intuit OAuth framework to retrieve and update accounting data on your behalf. You authorize the Service to access your QuickBooks data only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. You may disconnect this access at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, transmit unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's security.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and design of the Service remain the property of Blueprint Bookkeeping Coach. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. Accounting data shown is sourced from QuickBooks and should be verified against your official records.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint Bookkeeping Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
